What happens as my workforce grows?
EMACS identifies when an organization approaches or crosses its current plan threshold and follows the existing upgrade and grace-period process — your access is never suspended without warning.
Can a smaller organization choose a higher plan?
Yes. Organizations may upgrade for additional capabilities even when their employee count does not require it.
Is EMACS Connect included with Enterprise?
No. EMACS Connect is a standalone add-on unless specifically included through a signed customer agreement.
Does included AI or messaging mean unlimited usage?
No. Included capabilities may contain monthly usage allowances. Usage beyond those allowances may be metered according to the applicable rate.
